Nachos
 
Ingredients:

• 3/4 Pound ground beef
• 1/3 Cup taco sauce
• 4 cups tortilla chips
• 2 Cups Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
• Sour cream
• Tomatoes, chopped
• Black olives, sliced

Nachos

Preparation:

In a medium skillet brown ground beef. Drain fat and stir in taco sauce.

On a pan, layer all of the chips, meat mixture, and cheese. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.

Serve with sour cream, tomatoes, and olives.
Makes 6 servings.
