Kids Breakfast Smoothies
These are healthy kid drink recipes. They are easy and quick to prepare, so they make for a great recipe for kids to help prepare.
 

Banana-Nut Smoothie Ingredients:

• 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
•1 banana
• 2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
• 1/2 Cup Lowfat milk, soy or rice milk
• 1/2 Cup ice

OJ Smoothie Ingredients:

• 1/2 Cup orange juice
• 6 Ounces low-fat plain yogurt
• 2 Tablespoons honey
• 1 Cup ice

Tutti- Fruttie Smoothie Ingredients:

• 1/2 Cup frozen mango
• 1 banana
• 1/2 Cup cranberry juice
• 6 Ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt

Breakfast Smoothies

Preparation: Place ingredients in blender, blend for a minute until smooth and serve. Experiment with different fruit your children might enjoy.
